Our staff and elders are here to help guide you on your spiritual journey and provide the resources to help.
Dallas Church (DC) was started by Ben and Jackie Bauman along with Mike and Heather Miller in addition to some partnership churches and planting organizations in the NW. These two families had a vision to see a new church in Dallas that would reach people with the message of Jesus, serve our community in practical ways and help people take next steps to follow Jesus. In Oct. 2007, a group of 15 families joined together to make this start-up church a reality. In the early days, Dallas Church met in Whitworth Elementary and Dallas High School.
We live for God every day not just Sunday.
Discipleship is more than just knowledge. It’s about following Jesus together.
Spiritual transformation happens best through friendships, strong families, and small groups.
We want to be a church that reaches people who don’t yet follow Jesus.
We give God our best.
We do the best we can with what we have.
There is one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal. God is the creator and sustainer of the universe and everything in it.
Jesus Christ was born of a virgin & lived a sinless life. He died on a cross for all sin, and was raised from the grave after three days. Through this, he defeated sin and death. He will one day return to reign as our powerful King.
The Holy Spirit is one with the Father and Jesus Christ. Those who accept Christ as their savior receive the Holy Spirit to live inside them. The Holy Spirit serves as our comforter, guide, and advocate.
The Bible is the foundation and final authority on Christian beliefs and as a guide to life. The Bible is divinely inspired, without error, given to man so we may know and understand the truth of God and His love.
Salvation is an unearned gift given by God through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice and received through faith. It is available to everyone who accepts Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. That faith is expressed through repentance and baptism.
When it comes to things like Music Style, Bible translation, views on Spiritual Gifts, and the End Times we can all have different views and opinions and still be Christians.
